Beginner Bodybuilding Diet:

The focus is to slowly increase the amount of protein and begin eating a clean meal.
This diet was meant for someone just beginning and get used to the frequent meals.


Meal 1:
  • 1 yolk, 5 egg whites
  • Oatmeal - 1/2 cup
  • 1 fruit
Meal 2:
  • protein shake - 40 grams
Meal 3:
  • 6-8 oz chicken or tuna
  • 1 potato, 1 cup broccoli
Meal 4:
  • protein shake - 40 grams
Meal 5:
  • 6-8 oz steak, chicken or fish
  • 1 cup broccoli or green vegetable
  • 1 potato or pasta (sauce is fine)
Meal 6:
  • 5 oz of chicken
  • spoon full of peanut butter
