Beginner Bodybuilding Diet:

The focus is to slowly increase the amount of protein and begin eating a clean meal.
This diet was meant for someone just beginning and get used to the frequent meals.
Meal 1:
- 1 yolk, 5 egg whites
- Oatmeal - 1/2 cup
- 1 fruit
- protein shake - 40 grams
- 6-8 oz chicken or tuna
- 1 potato, 1 cup broccoli
- protein shake - 40 grams
- 6-8 oz steak, chicken or fish
- 1 cup broccoli or green vegetable
- 1 potato or pasta (sauce is fine)
- 5 oz of chicken
- spoon full of peanut butter
