Figure Odyssey: Update on Erin

Time continues to tick away at the clock and we're closing in on ten months until the contest. Erin's progress continues to impress me and this far out she's made huge gains.

The pictures were taken on November 19th and she found the shoes she'll be using for the figure contest. Courtesy of Erin and her editing skills, she made it easy for me to add the picture and look at comparisons. We're 16 weeks into her starting to prepare for the contest.

Over the last few weeks we made slight adjustments to the diet and we continue to revise the workouts. Some of the workouts can be found on the document section of the site.
